Slow Domain Login

Using Toshiba M20, WinXP Pro.
PC crashed when inserting PCMCIA card(???).
Since then when logging onto Domain takes
3 minutes to connect. Suspect registry
problem. No problems with other PC's on
domain. Any help appreciated.

I'd first suspect a DNS issue. Confirm that the network settings are
looking at the Active Directory DNS server when logging in.

Problem located with specific user login.
I deleted the user, then rebooted, logged in as
Administrator, and added the user again.
