Slow computer. Low memory.

For some reason my computer has started running slow. There's 34 processes
running, and when I run a spyware scan, I only find tracking cookies. Still,
my internet has only been running half as fast and sometimes when I close
Internet Explorer a window with an X pops up saying something like: can't
find memory "0xtwrd3276". Also, when I set Half-Life 2 on it's highest
setting, it crashes, where as before it was only a little bit choppy. I also
got a blue screen once. So, what's the problem and how do I fix it? Thanks.

Try to follow this, it will help you from computer freezes or reboots.
1. Go to Control Panel>System and choose Advanced
2. in the Perfamance : Choose Setting
3. in the Performance option : Choose Advance
4. Look at your virtual memory : Click Change.
5. You can increase virtual memory here to Custom size. Try to add
more virtual memory that fit with your system.
