Go to this site line 157 right side,prevent slow opening
of my computer/and explorer run it throgh,should take
care of your problem.Site managed by a microsoft MVP,it's
free,she does take donations to help run it if helps you
and you can afford to,bottom of the page.I've used it to
fix plenty of computer problems for people that bring
their boxes to my shop for repair.Also has a lot of nice
tweaks you may want to check out.
