Slide Show won't display....

Office 2002 SP-2, Win XP.

When I click on Slide Show, Slide show does not display.
However, Task Bar shows two files open; one for the file and one for the
Slide Show.
Clicking on Slide Show displays the 'Normal View', clicking on 'Normal'
displays 'Normal view' with a pop-up that says 'Return to Slide show'.
Opening the file in W2K, Slide Show displays properly. I've tried turning
off virus software to no avail. Any ideas?

BINGO!!! My XP runs dual monitors, W2K doesn't.
