Slide Show suddently disappear

My users has complain within his process presentation the slide show using
Power Point 2003, suddently the slide show disappear (his didn't click "Esc"
button).
Need your expertise advice.

Leong TS,
Difficult to say what your problem is. Does the show stop prematurely before
the last slide is shown. Or does PowerPoint close altogether? If the former,
have a look in Slide show - setup show - check the show slide section maybe
there is a range that has been defined or a custom show is active.
