Sleep Mode & No Sound?

Hi Everyone,
New to this board. I just did a clean install of 5728 and when I come out
of Sleep Mode, I have no sound. I have to re-boot the system and then the
sound is back. Is this a bug in Vista 5728 or a setting somewhere?

I know this is an old(er) topic but I thought I'd expand on it in case of any
resolution.

I'm now using 5744 (RC2) and I'm still having the exact same problem as you
describe. In addition to restarting, another thing I have been able to do to
regain sound after sleep mode is to go into Device Manager and under the
sound device, I disable it and then enable it again and then it works - until
the next time the PC goes to Sleep that is.

I really wish there was a solution to this. I've bugged this under Beta 2,
RC1 and now RC2. And I have a feeling in the final release I'll see the same
issue. Very frustrating.
