Size of new IE Window in Windows XP

After you open a number of Windows (6+), and a few of them are IE
windows, all IE windows will be grouped on the task bar. If you right
click on the group, and then select "vertical", or "horizontal", then
all IE windows in the group will open according to your selection.
But after that, every time that you open a new IE window from the
current IE window, it will have exactly the same size as the last
opened group. Does anybody know, how to restore IE for opening all
new windows with a maximum size?

The new window size is inherited from the size of the last window opened.
To correct, stretch the window out using the double arrows (do not use
maximize), then use File/Close or Exit (do not use the red X).

Open a window, grab the corner or edges of the window with the mouse to
get the double arrow, then drag it to the full size. Don't use the
maximize button. Then when you have the size you want, use File | Close
or Exit to close the window.
