size of ie box

When I open to my home page. normally the window is normal/full size. all of
a sudden, when a second window opens or when I go to windows update, the box
opens in minimum size and i have to enlarge. Does anyone know how to fix
this? I've run ad-aware, anti-virus and a few other programs. I used to fix
M. E. eaisly through add/delete and the service pack and repair. i don't see
anything like that in XP. Thank you

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
