Siren like beep

As posted earlier my p3b-f mobo, after a power supply failure and
subsequent replacement, started this continuous beep. Nothing that I
tried helped. Finally today at the monthly TRW swapmeet, I picked up
cheap an old Asus p3v133 (without manual or other accsessories)
motherboard and it works. However it asks for the password. I know that
setting a jumper will take care of this problem. Can anyone tell me
which jumper and the location of it. Any help on this would be greatly
appreciated.

Just remove the battery after removing the AC power. While the battery is
out short the battery side contact to center. Put the battery back in and
apply power. You will have to set the clock in BIOS.
