Single sided or double sided SDRAM

Hi all, im after a 128mb Pc133 SDRAM but I dont know what to get either
single sided or double sided. Is double sided faster? What is better?

you need to consult a memory supplier for the specs on your mainboard and
what it is compatible with it.
