There are no implications. What you're seeing is a generated "friendly
name" that happens to look like an email address. Such a name in quotes
signifies a comment. In other words, it will be ignored by the receiving
mail server. The real address is there and will be sent to the mail server
as well.
I don't use Outlook myself, preferring Outlook Express. But my wife
does use Outlook and I noticed in her Sent mail folder that some sent-to
addresses on the list had single quotes and some didn't. Both types seem to
go through okay; I just wonderd what distinguished some from others.
