Simulate Activity To Avoid Timeout and Re-Logon?

My new admin decided to lock down our computers at work and after every 15
minutes of inactivity, a screensaver kicks in and then I've got to enter my
userid/password....very annoying.

Anyone know of a fix for this and/or a program that jiggles the mouse or
simulates activity so that this nasty screensaver timeout doesn't occur?

TIA

Hi,

If the system is locked down as you say, it is doubtful that anything
will be allowed to be installed. You should take this up with admin.

Since the administrator has set this up, anything you do without permission
could compromise your job and the network.
The fix if any MUST come from within the company...especially if they are
company computers and/or accessing the company network.

All of my clients have a no-tolerance rule, alter the corporate security
protocol, and instant termination. I have a client that terminated a Senior
VP in fact.

If your Admin is worth his weight in salt, he will really have any tools to
do this locked down as well. Just in case, right click on the desktop and
see if you can get to the display properties and change it back. And if you
get caught, don't blame me if your employer cans you.

I did right-click and check properties and the screen saver option is gone.
I appreciate the consideration of my job, but I'm in no position to get in
trouble over this. It's an over-reaction......not looking to steal any data
or do anything to compromise the network. Just want a program to jiggle my
mouse every 10 minutes so that if I leave my desk for a bit I don't have to
re-logon.

Does such a thing exist?

TIA

I've got enough friends/funds to off the admin if he threatens me.

You got a link to a program or what?

TIA
