I'm having the same problem. Check to see what size your graphices card is. The game needs min 32MB, I have 16MB which probably causing the problem.

No that isn't the problem. It has something to do with
pointers, the file or program that is needed to be
accessed to start the game isn't where the game expects
it to be. I'm just need to know how to fix this. I do
have 32MB graphics card, so that is not the problem
which probably causing the problem.

Hi,
That appears to be a program error. It's possible that the
game is not installed correctly (A), your drivers are outdated
(B), or there is something causing a software conflict there(C).
One other possibility is that your video card doesn't support
Transform & Lighting which is a requirement of that game.
Here's a list of cards which do not support Hardware T&L:

and i recieved the same error:

to that error is found in programmers forums.. meaning

(B)- i have upgraded my DirectX 8.1 to DirectX 9.0b but im not sur
which chipset, sound or video drivers to install.

2. Use this method to identify and update your drivers:
Updating video card drivers can solve most gaming issues. Here's some
rules of thumb though to always keep in mind. Shut DL accelerators, fire-
walls and antivirus programs off while downloading or installing drivers and
updates. Also check the game's website (or Fileplanet.com) for patches.
Update your Chipset Drivers using these instructions:

Along with your Video card, Sound Cards, Motherboard Chipsets,
and Video Monitors may also require updated drivers. Even your
