Signatures for multiple accounts

I am trying to set up signatures for 5 accounts. I have followed the
instruction given by Microsoft, but either I get the default signature on
all 5 accounts, or no signature on any account and no option to even insert
the signature manually. Anyone had this issue and found a solution? Thanks,
Mike

Did you assign each signature to specific accounts?
Tools, Options, Signatures, select a signature, Advanced.
Make account selections. Do this for all signatures.

Yes, that is exactly what I did ... and they do not come up. As soon as I
try to create a new email the default signature is inserted. If I change to
another account, the signature remains as the default. Perhaps I need to
find a way to indicate which account I want to send the message from first
rather than trying to alter the "send from" account after the fact?

Thanks for your input Gary.

Cheers, Mike

When replying to emails, WM automatically chooses the signature
associated with the account that downloaded the message.
When starting a new message, WM has no way of knowing ahead
of time which account you want to use, so it uses the default
signature. Changing the account after the fact does not change the
signature that is already there. Delete it, then Insert/ Signature.

Windows Live Mail is much better at choosing the correct signature
for new emails.

Thanks Gary ... that works, but is a little cumbersome. Thanks for providing
a
solution. Cheers, Mike
