Signature-SpellCheck Problem

J

Joe McGuire

I am often finding a problem with text in e-mail I compose. I am uisng Word
as the editor. When SpellChack alertly finds a likely misspelling the word
is underlined. Ordinarily I can right-click and a bunch of choice are
presented for correcting it. However, I often find that when I right-click
on one of those words instead of getting a menu related to the spelling
error I am instead getting a menu offering to change my signature to a
different signature. I certainly do have a signature--several, in fact--but
the signature block is separated from the text in my "template" by a few
Hard Returns. Does anybody knkow why I am having this trouble and how I can
fix it?

This only happens if you are right clicking over the "Signature Block".
Check to see if your actual signature has a couple of hard returns at the
top of it as this is also considered to be part of the signature block.
