I set up my email signature with a company logo and it shows up properly on
all my emails and replies.

Another user tried the same thing but the only time the company logo appears
in a new email or reply is if he happens to have another email open that has
the logo in it. If there is no such email open the new email recipient gets
this command in place of the logo:

outbind://11/cid:125364114@16122005-14B4

And forwarded emails get a box with a red X.

What could be wrong here?

can you tell me how you setup your embedded company logo. i am trying to do
the same but am running into the red x problem. looks great in advanced
editing but when i implement it into outgoing emails it has the red x.
please respond to (e-mail address removed) thanks
