SIDEBAR NOT SHOWING IN IE

For some odd reason, when I am in the link
http://www.scsc.state.pa.us/scsc/site/default.asp, I cannot view the yellow
sidebar on the left hand side where links are listed. The only thing that
shows up for me is a small yellow bar that is approximately 2 inches wide and
1/2 inch high with nothing in it. I am the only one that I know of that is
having this problem. When I need to use this site, the only way that the
sidebar shows for me is if someone emails the web site to me and then I can
use it from my email. I have IE7 but it was like this before I upgraded to
that. How can I get this sidebar to show and why am I the only one having
this problem? I even reformatted my computer and switched internet providers,
but it is still the same.

Either reinstall your graphics card or check to see if there is an update to
it from the manufacturer.
