Side by side calendar - how to set the order viewed left to right

Guest

I have Outlook 2003 networked on several workstations, using Windows 2000
server, and Windows 2000 Professional.

On all of my workstations (but one), I can have side by side calendars and
pick which calendar I want on the left side, and which calendar I want on the
right side.

On one workstation, I cannot manipulate this order. It always puts the same
calendar on one side, and I want the calendar to be on the opposite side that
is appears.

I can't seem to find a setting or anything where you can manipulate the
order. On all the other workstations, it is simply the order in which you
click the calendar boxes, as to which order (left to right) they show up.

Any suggestions would be great.

AFAIK, there isn't a way to control it - it's based on the order you select
them. Are the calendars and profiles identical?

Dear Diane:

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I realize that is based upon the order that you select them. That
is.....usually that's the way it works. It works that way on all my other
workstations except this one. The calendars are shared network calendars,
and yes they are identical.

On the one workstation that this does not hold true, no matter what order I
select them, they always appear in the same order. It just happens that the
order it appears in, is not the way I want it on that workstation.

Any further thoughts?

Thanks

Are the profiles *identical* - are the calendars under Other Calendar
section or in My Calendars?

Are they all in the same order on the navigation pane? Try dragging them to
rearrange them - put them in the order you want them.

Diane:

Thanks for your last suggestion. The clicking and dragging worked. How
simple. Was this in the Outlook help anywhere? I could not find it.

Thanks for all your help.
