Shutdown by NT Authority/System

My system shuts down after 3 minutes with a message : Windows must now
restart because the Remote procedure call service terminated
unexpectedly.
Access to System in the Control Panel for start up and recovery is
blocked.
The Windows Update Log shows the following entries:
