Shut down stalls w/error msg

I have recently loaded XP pro. Works fine except when I shut down, I get a
stop error message. At the bottom it says after telling me I have a software
or hardware problem,
"stop: 0x000000D1 0X0000002B 0X00000002 0X00000000 0XF9529950"
"kbdclass.sys- adress F95299B0 base at F952000, date stamp 41107b08."

This means absolutly nothing to me.......

Tom,

I would take a look at this Microsoft solution:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313050
It seems like a peripheral issue, possibly related to a Logitech
Mouse/Keyboard. Does that happen to be the hardware you are using?
