Shut down problem with Win XP Home

Hi
I've got WinXP Home. My problem is when i try to shut
down or restart my PC a message appears evertime "End of
Program - rundll32.exe.If you choose to end the program
immediately,you will lose any unsaved data to end the
program now,click End Now.It just appeard out of nowhere
2 days ago.Also I'm unable to reset to an earler time
with System Restore because they were all wiped as well.
How can I get rid of that warnig for ever.Your help will
be greatly appreciated.Best regards F.Brzon

I had the same problem which was caused by a "bridge".
