shrink to fit images awful

Can someone please tell me how to stop IE6 from 'shrinking' images in
the browser? I often look at images with text and when IE takes the
liberty to shrink them text often becomes unreadable. Then I have to
move the cursor to the bottom right of the images, wait for the resize
icon to appear, etc, etc, etc.

This setting is sometimes fine for pictures but for me it's a waste of
time! Is there a setting to have images appear in the browser UNaltered?

Hi,
Internet Options> Advanced> Multimedia> uncheck "Enable automatic image
resizing."
