showing appointments on month view

When i print my appointments in month view to share with colleagues there
seems to be a maximium of 4 in each day so some are missed off.
Each appointment title is often cut down so the whole appointment wording
cannot be read by people.
Any thoughts on how to display the full wording of the appointment and
change the number which are shown in each box? It seems that outlook won't
expand to fit in more words or appts?

It all depends on how much space there is available. A month view of course
leaves you with very little space for the appointments to be shown.

You could use the Calendar Printing Assistant to find a template which suits
your printing needs better. You can download it here;

Another way to go would be to print your appointments in a List View. When
you use the All Appointments view, you can apply a filter so that only
appointments for the current month are shown.

Thanks for your thoughts Roady!
I have just tried the CPA which was better for printing the details in full
but i couldn't hide private appointments and it didn't print them in colour
according to their category.
I am seeming stupid but i need to improve my knowledge to apply a filter in
the list view
