Showing All Calender Items on a Print Out

I am using Office XP Professional. I am new to Outlook.
What I want to do is print the church's (our business)
calendar with all the events showing. What I get is a
little 'more' word and an arrow indicating that there are
more appointments that do show on the screen. I have
moved margins to .25 on all four sides, I am printing
calendar data in Tahoma point 8.
What can I do to format the calendar to show all on an 8
1/2" X 14" paper?
Any help is appreciated. Thank You, Karen

Hi Karen,

Try the following:
Go to your calendar
Click --> FILE
Choose --> PRINT
In this new print window

Click --> Monthly Style
Click --> Page Setup
Choose --> One month per page
Choose --> Landscape

This should allow you to see one full month or if you want
to do it for a week etc.
