Show window contents

I have set the "Show Window Contents While Dragging"
option on and save the settings, but each time I reboot
this feature is disabled (the checkbox is unchecked in
the settings dialog). Is there a way that I can make
this permanent using the registry? Its drving me crazy.

Do you have a Dell? If yes, uninstall the nasty little program "Dell
Media Experience" from Add/Remove Programs and all will be well.
