Here be mine. Just a HDD thingy and and CPU meter. I had one for the GPU, but keep getting a message about Riva tuner and needing to change something. Can't be ar*ed really. I normally don't have owt on me desktop. This is from my laptop. For some reason when I take a screen shot on me main PC, when I goto paste it into paint, all that has been captuerd is the start orb...

I don't use a sidebar in Win 7 but I keep the sidebar in Vista and have a few gadgets in it, I'll post a screenie when I fire the machine up again.

The only screen capture software I have in Vista (AFAIK) is Irfanview and for some odd reason when I take a screenshot it doesn't show the sidebar.

So here's a pic I took with me camera. Not good quality but it shows: Application Launcher; World clock; Weather Window; slide show. I really like all of them and am particularly fond of the world clock.

The App launcher has icons for Internet Explorer; Recycle Bin; My Computer and Control Panel and allows you to lose the Recycle Bin icon from your desktop.

As mentioned, no sidebar in Win 7, no desktop icons, all I have is the app launcher.

You also have the Snipping Tool that is part of Vista itself. And very good it is too.

Ah, thanks for that. I had a vague recollection there was something in Vista that could capture which is why I added '(AFAIK)'.
