Show sender's name

For some reason, Outlook has stopped showing me who my messages are coming
from. It lists the subject, the date, etc., but not sender. How can I get
it to show the sender's name/e-mail address?

Version of Outlook would help....
In general, all you need to do is right-click on the column headers, field
chooser, frequently used fields ---> add "from"
