Show Public Folder Contacts in Contacts

Ok, maybe this is easy, I don't know.

We have a public folder "Firm Contacts" where all of our contacts are
stored.
Each user has a "Contacts" folder in their mailbox.
I would like "Firm Contacts" to show up underneath the Contacts folder.

I can drag and drop it in my mailbox, but then it seems to copy the
entire public folder over, which is not what I want. I just want a
shortcut underneath Contacts that points to Firm Contacts, and I want
all users to have this.

Is this possible?

Thanks Sue for the response. If I do this and click the Contacts tab
(in OL 2003) I see the Firm Contacts under "Other Contacts" (an effect
that does not seem to follow my multiple instances of Outlook, I must
click "Add to Other Contacts" at each place).

It is not quite what I was looking for. What I want is the Firm
Contacts to show underneath (or in addtion to) Contacts in the *Folder
List* view.

The Public Folder\Favorites method is the one you must use to get that folder into the Contacts navigation pane. You cannot choose which group it will be in.
