Hi there

I'm going to assume you're using Outlook 2003, let us know if that's not the
case.

You can only set an item to appear as bold in a List view (e.g. Active
Appointments). In Day/Week/Month view you can set a colour to be associated
with items meeting a certain condition, but you can't make the font appear
bold.

For more information, see Outlook's online Help - the topic "Color
appointments and meetings automatically" should have what you need.

Hello yes it is outlook 2003. Is it that after 2 months the appointments are
not active so that is why they do not show on the calendar ie. I can
currenlty see in bold my May appointments but my April calendar is blank
although where were appointments in there (which I can see in the monthly
view - is this the only way to see my old appointments?)
Manys Thanks TechieBird!!

Ah, now I see what you mean.

Are the items still there when you look in the Calendar view? If not, check
your AutoArchive settings.

No. The bolding of the dates in the small calendars is limited to 2 months
back and 10 months forward.
