show internet explorer's save dialog box

Hello all,
as we know when someone tries to download a file from the net a dialog box
appears. The box has 3 buttons : OPEN , SAVE and CANCEL and there is also a
check box at the bottom which says something like : always ask before .....

I liked that dialog box and someone unchecked tha check box , then pressed
OPEN, so now everytime i want to download a file, it OPENs by default.
Is ther a way to make the dialog box reappear?
thx in advance

ps : yes ,it is difficult to believe... but it was not me the one to ucheck
the box... :)

See "Not Prompted to Specify Download Folder for File"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=177976). Or use the System Restore
to undo the change: "How to Restore the Operating System to a Previous
State in Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306084).
