Show Contacts panel? How?

Is there an option to show Contacts panel under Local Folders, like in
Outlook Express?

No, there's not.
But since contacts are stored in a folder, you can keep it open all the
time, or minimized on the taskbar.

If kept minimized on the taskbar, it takes one click to open, same as
clicking on Contacts on the WM toolbar, so I don't see the advantage
of doing that.

There's also the Contacts Sidebar gadget.

After careful thought and review of Windows Vista and all that comes with it,
I have came to the conclusion that VISTA SUCKS!

I could make a list 10 pages long that Vista will not do but XP does.
