Should I enable Vista Admin account and change password?

I am new to Vista and am about to get a laptop with Vista on it. Am
pretty conversant with XP.
Been doing some reading. Ut Oh.....

In case the laptop is stolen (I will have Lojack software FWIW), I
will have a password protected account with admin type privileges,
like any user setting up a new PC with Vista.

***BUT should I enable the default hidden Vista Admin account and
password protect it and then disable it?
Or will this give me problems?
