Shortcut switch not working

I am using the shortcut '/c "IPM.Note.Testform4"' to open my form. It works perfectly on my pc running Outlook2003. I published the same form in the Personal Forms Library on another pc running Outlook2000. I changed the shortcut path so that it points to the correct location for Outlook.exe on that pc, but the form does not open with the shortcut. I get the error 'The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using'. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

My guess is that somehow you messed up the shortcut a little You might copy
and paste the complete shortcut in your next post.
