Shortcut Not Working

I have a shortcut on my desktop for my Network based Access database, it has
always worked, now it doesn't. But if I open Access then I have no problem
opening the database from the recently used list on the right.

Does anyone know what causes this, it has happened to three of us in my
office. We have tried restarting our systems, re-doing the shortcut, nothing
works....

Thank you for any help, Steve

Usually if a shortcut stops working is because someone moved the main
application(or in this case database). Do you know the location of the
database? If so, go to the exact location and right click on the Icon, scroll
down to Send To, wait for the menu to open and go to Desktop create shortcut.
Sometimes the server could have a hiccup that could break the link on some
folks but try this it doesn't sound like anything major.

I fixed it with the IE7 Options for Intranet Security, must have happened
when they pushed a patch...

Hi Steve,
I seem to have the same problem as you. Could you be more specific as to
which IE7 option cured your problem?

Under the security setting go to the "Local Intranet Site", then click the
"sites" button to the right and uncheck the three boxes.

Hope this helps...
