Shift key stuck on

Some how whilst in word my shift key is stuck on, this is
on all programs, when i press numbers the top icons appear
and it highlights everything when scrolling. Its not the
keyboard tried three.

Clues??

Maybe Sticky Key got turned on. Control Panel, Accessibility Options.
