Shift key - Help Please!

Hi,

I have user that was in Outlook and press down the shift key to long
thinking and an message came up and he click OK, (he said the message was
something like this feature will not be available) now his keyboard will not
work with only Outlook. How can I get the keyboard to work again for him?

Have him disable the Accessibility options in Windows.
