[.ShellClassInfo] Notepad on startup.

Notepad Starts With "[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\System32\Shell32.dll,-
21787" When You Start Your Computer

I have referenced this article in the Knowledge Base.
The instructions worked fine for our other computer. It
says to look in Documents & Settings/All Users/Start
Menu/Programs.. etc. for system.ini files that have this
line ending with 21787 in them. However, on our new
computer, there are a couple of system.ini files, but
none of them contain this exact line, despite the fact
that this exact line DOES come up when the computer is
started. These files have different numbers in them,
including 21786. Should I still delete them? Any other
info? Thanks.

Greta, read the MS Knowledge Base article again. It refers to "desktop.ini"
- not system.ini. Big difference!
