shell32.dll--Trojan or not?

My AVG noted a "change" where it used to be "OK" with the
shell32.dll application.. after doing a scan.
I googled it at www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/shell32/index.php
and here is what came up:
Virus=No
Trojan=Yes
Spyware=No
Security Risk(0-5)=4
I searched for the application on my pc,and there are several,but I found
the one in question,it was created in August 2001,and Modified in Feb.2005,
which was about the time when AVG noted the change...
What would be my next step now to get this straight...

Shell32.dll is a system file, and has been updated a number of times which
is why it might be noted as changed. Shell32.exe is a virus and should be
attended to immediately.

Is the date you quote Created, Modified, or Accessed? Are we discussing
version 6.2900.2578?
