Shell stops repsonding for several minutes

Sometimes when I click Start button, Right-Click a tray
icon, or anyway try to access the task bar, it stops
responding.
Meanwile I can access items on Desktop, open
applications, but Ctrl-Alt-Del, WinKey-L, Sleep button
don't work.
After several minutes it comes back and makes all the
actions I made during hang.
Please help!

Something else is keeping Windows Explorer busy. Most likely it is
spyware, adware, foistware, trojanware, virusware or underware.
