Sharing/Security Tab Missing?

Hi there,
I've got this weird error in one of my users in Windows XP Pro.

For some reason when he is trying to share a folder - right click then
properties, he's not seeing his "share/security" tab. All he can see are
"General, WebShare, & Customize" tabs.

I tried googling this and found a few forums about it but none had resolved
the issue: http://www.computing.net/windowsxp/wwwboard/forum/160486.html

I also configured his "simple sharing" under folder options but that didnt
help. His pc is WinXP Pro SP2 in an NTFS format. He is definitely an admin of
his local computer and the pc is a member of the domain - no GPO regarding
disabling the share/security tabs as others in the domain dont have this
issue. When I login using my credentials, same thing I also dont see the
Share/Security tab which is only this issue is specific to his machine.

Can someone point me to a fix to this? I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

Clicking the Simple File Sharing is irrelevant if the computer is part of a
domain.

File sharing has to be enabled at the domain level.

Simple file sharing is disable automatically once the the workstation becomes
a member of the domain.

File sharing has to be enabled at the Network level.

Hope this helps.

Update: Security Tab appears now but still not the Share Tab.

I dont think this has something to do with the networrk nor GPO or any
domain levels as the issue is only specific in his machine.

Other users that are part of the domain/OU are not having this problem

Same issue when logging into the machine locally, no Share tab.

Any other ideas?
