Sharing Printers

I have several computers at home that share the same generic router. The
ones with XP easily shares the printers that are hooked up to them, but I
can't figure out ow to share the printer on the Windows 2000 machine. Is
this possible, and if so, how? Thanks.

start>settings>printers>name of printer

Under the printer column you should find "Sharing".

(This is on the 2000 machine)

If that is not working then find you LAN connection and check the
properties. You may need to install Microsoft File and Printer Sharing. You
should find this intuitive but may need your CD under certain circumstances.

If you get stuck let us know, I am not the networking expert by any means
but XP and 2000 normally sort printers out between themselves quite well I
think.
