Sharing PowerPoint Organizational Chart - Problems

I have created an org chart for my boss encompassing a few
hundred employees using PowerPoint 2002. I sent the chart
to a colleague so that she could look at it and see if she
could make changes to it (which I want her to be able to
do - in fact I want a specified group of people to be able
to update the chart on an ongoing basis). She runs
PowerPoint 2000. When she opened the document she found
that she could not activate the org chart tool bar that
would allow her to insert new positions. She was able to
change the text in the existing position boxes, but that
was all. I tried saving it as "Presentation" "PowerPoint
97-2002", but neither of these worked. Also, I tried
monkeying around with the permissions (under
the "Properties" area of the document, choosing to allow
everyone all access - reading, editing etc.). She sent me
a PowerPoint org chart she had created in PowerPoint 2000,
and I was able to activate my org chart tool bar and make
insertions. I can't figure out why she cannot do the same
for the one I created.

Any suggestions??
