Sharing Outlook features WITH Exchange

I send/receive my email through a third party ISP, yet I have an exchange
server set up and I was able to create a mailbox. This mailbox is accessible
through several home computers, and whenever a change to contacts, calendar,
or tasks is made to the mailbox Exchange account, every computer synchronizes
their mailboxes with send/receive. This works fine; however, whenever I start
outlook, these mailbox items are not default and do not show up on Outlook
Today. Also, I have to select the calendar/contact/task/etc item I want to
view for each (personal or mailbox). How can I share my personal
calendar/etc? Even with Exchange account, I do not see "Share my Calendar" in
the navigation pane.

You can only share your mailbox calendar (and other folders) and that only with other people with mailboxes in your Exchange organization.

To make your mailbox the default information store, choose Tools | E-mail Accounts and set the "delivery new mail to" option to the mailbox.

In order for each of those PCs to use the Exchange mailbox as the Outlook
Today location you have to tell Outlook to do so. For Outlook 2000, that
would be on Tools>Services and for OL 2002/2003, it's at the bottom left of
Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. Making that change will cause your folders, now
called "Outlook Today" to be called "Personal Folders" and the Exchange
folders will become the "Outlook Today" folders. You can drag stuff from
the Personal Folders to the Exchange serrver and all PCs will see it. Also,
adding new items, like appointments, will add it to the Exchange server by
default. You cannot share the local PST-based folders on the different PCs.

Could you give me a step by step on how to share my calendar. I use Exchange,
but I do not see "Share my calendar" in the navigation pane.

I thought about that in the first place, but an error occurred whenever I
started outlook after that change. That does seem to be the solution I'm
looking for, if only it would let me do it.

Here's another way to do it:

1) Right-click the Calendar folder in your Exchange mailbox and choose Properties.
2) Switch to the Permissions tab.
3) Click Add to add people you want to share with and set their role.
4) Click OK to save the changes.

And the error message says?
