sharing outlook contacts

HOW DOES OUR OFFICE SHARE THEIR CONTACTS. WE EACH HAVE SEPERATE CONTACTS AND
WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ONLY ONE SET OF CONTACTS FOR EVERYONE. OUTLOOK 2007
