sharing outlook calendars

Does anyone have any suggestions for software that will allow my
employees to share and view each other's outlook calendars, tasks,
etc... Obviously, any exchange server would be ideal, but the volume
of our emails does not warrant that. I've heard that some vendors off
add-on's that enable calendar sharing.

If anybody has any recommendations of caveats, please post them...

I suggest u try Vaita.com - software generally works
