Sharing emails with Exchange and Squirrel Problem

I work in a school that has two domains ‘Admin’ and ‘School’. The ‘School’
users use ‘squirrel mail server’ for there mail. The ‘Admin’ I want to use
Exchange Server…I have installed Exchange on the ‘Admin’ network and it works
fine except for when users want to send mail to the ‘School’ users (ie users
that are not in the ‘Admin’ Domain). The problem is that the name space is
the same on both emails ie @school.worcs.sch.uk so obviously the Exchange
server thinks it has that name space and when it come across a email address
that is not in the AD it then rejects it.
Is there any way of telling Exchange that either there is another mail
server that may have that address or is there any other ways of doing this
without changing email address’

Ask in an Exchange newsgroup like
