Sharing Drive Doesn't Share SubFolders

I have set up my wife's computer to permit full sharing with every
computer on the network using these settings
http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/2788/0061za0.jpg

But, it doesn't share folders. I can get to the root directory but
cannot access any folder in the root. This is exactly the way my
computer is set up and I can access my computer from hers.

What am I doing wrong?

jim evans,
How to configure file sharing in Windows XP Pro Pc's:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304040

Some folders cannot be shared over a network, if you select the whole C:\
drive to be shared, if the person's PC has XP Home installed.
1. My Documents is one of them.
You will need to open My Documents, and set the individual folders that you
want to be shared, such as My Music, My Pictures, etc...

In troubleshooting this problem I had come across that page and I
think I've done what it says.

Neither of the machines involved are Home, both are Pro

To remove sharing restrictions in XP Pro, disable simple file sharing:

1. Click Start | My Computer | Tools | Folder Options | View.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the list of advanced settings.
3. Un-check Use Simple File Sharing (Recommended).
4. Click OK.

Then, un-share and re-share the root.

Ok, I did all that. It still doesn't permit access to the Windows
directory or to Program Files.

It does permit access to Documents and Settings, but not to most of
the folders in it.
