sharing Calender

Is there anyway to access a shared calender from the file
list instead of having to go to file < open <other folders
etc... I can access the folder fine that way but I was
just wondering If I could do it the other way to

As you seem to have permission already to the shared
folder you need to do the following on your machine in
order to see the calendar in your Outlook Folder List:

Tools - Services - Properties - Advanced - Add the Mailbox
where the shared calendar is located

It is easy to switch between Calendars from the Folder
List.

If you get an error message 'Cannot expand Folder' you
will have to contact the owner of the shared calendar as
they would need to permission you to their Mailbox on
their end.
