Sharing a folder with batch or script

Hi,
I need to share a folder on a W2K-Pro Client. As I don't wan't to do
this manually on all our clients I have a tool called IStool
(www.istool.org) with which I can create an exe-file, whicht creates
the folder and putting it on the desktop. The only thing I can't
handle is to share this folder. I found the registry key's
(HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver\shares) where the
shares are located but I can't create one manually. Does anybody know
a way to do this in a script or batch, which I could add then to my
exe?
Any help higly appreciated.
Thanks
Uwe
