Sharing a calendar across campus

We have Outlook 2007. Our PR office would like to share a calendar with
everybody. Is there a limit on the number of people you can share a calendar
with? They seem to be hitting a wall at 300.

What method are you using to "share" it?

If you just change the Default Persmision so everyone can access the
Calendar, then everyone on your Exchange should be able to see it.
